Women's Ministries at Central is dedicated to providing a place for women to be
encouraged, grow in Jesus and feel belonging and worth as a part of the
body of Christ.
We are committed to helping women answer the three basic questions of life which are:
-
Identity: "Who am I?"
-
Importance: "Do I matter?"
-
Impact: "What is my place in life?"
The answers to these questions are found in God's purposes for our lives:
-
Learning to love God through worship
-
Learning to love others through fellowship
-
Growing in maturity through discipleship
-
Learning to serve others by discovering our place of service through ministry
-
Learning to share our lives and tell others the good news through missions
We invite you to join us as we search for God's purpose for our
lives and in His body, the church. Check out our upcoming events for
opportunities, not only to become involved but also to grow and make a
difference. If you don't see an area of interest, contact

Stepping Up
A new Beth Moore Bible study is being offered for women this summer. Stepping Up is a journey through the Psalms of Ascent, which explores Psalms 120-134. Traveling pilgrims sang these psalms both on the way to the great festivals of the Jews and as key elements of the worship at those festivals. Students will interact with Beth Moore and the Scriptures in new ways. They will gain a new appreciation for the life of faith as a journey to greater fellowship with and worship of God.
This six-week study will be introduced on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 and will finish on Wednesday, July 23. We will meet from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and the cost is $18.00 for the workbook. To register for this class, please call Cathy at 395.3113.
