Welcome to High School
Thanks for visiting High School Ministries at Central. Our mission is to provide your students with opportunities to better understand and experience the reality of God in their lives. Our vision and desire is to function in a partnership with you as a catalyst for the growth and development of your student.
We believe that not until young people feel a sense of belonging will they open their hearts to the gospel. These three components form the backbone of our missional vision.
The need to belong is at the core of what everyone on this planet longs for, so we're all about living in an environment of Jesus-shaped love, friendship, fun and mutual service. You'll get to laugh, serve, pray, learn, investigate God, know and be known with other students from your school and make some of the best friends you'll ever have...
We've all got a thirst for our lives to be about something larger than ourselves, and so we desire to live lives that transcend small dreams and our shallow culture. We want to experience a life that's involved with God, connected with Jesus, permeated by His Spirit.
We all want to make our mark on the world, and so we live together in an atmosphere of service, significance, and mission. You'll have the chance to get in on Jesus' work of bringing help and hope to your friends and family as well as the rest of the world.
