Stewardship 1. Prepare and track the budget 2. Recommend financial policy and planning 3. Complete and prepare compensation research and recommendation 4. Recommend capital budget Personnel 1. Provide consultation and participative support to management staff regarding recruitment, interviewing and hiring 2. Assist in preparation of job descriptions for non-ministry positions 3. Develop performance review format and consultation 4. Offer training and development in HR functions for staff 5. Be available for listening sessions 6. Track and suggest recognition and service awards 7. Prepare employee policy handbook 8. Perform exit interviews with non-ordained staff Facilities 1. Provide and support long range planning activities 2. Provide building and grounds maintenance 3. Prepare project identification and complete 4. Secure and review legal contracts
