Our daughter, Patty is married to Aaron and they have 9-year-old Noah and 5-year-old Rebeccah>Our son, Dan is married to Lisa and they have two sons: Brandon who is 4 years old and Justin who is 2. What's your favorite Bible verse? Matthew 8:2-3 Do you have a funny nickname? Some 50+ years ago, my dad gave me the nick name "Bubbles," which fortunately didn't stick. What's your favorite food? What do you do for a living? I am the owner of Lakeshore Senior Care, providing in-home care for seniors. Where did you grow up? Big Rapids. I have warm memories of playing tennis, bicycling and going on family camping trips. What is your spouse's name? Gwen. How many children/grandchildren do you have? We have two boys: Connor (age 13) and Alex (age 12) along with Lacy (age 4), our Golden Retriever. What's your favorite Bible verse? Romans 12:1-2 Do you have a funny nickname? Not yet... What do you do for a living? I am a retired Sgt. from the Allegan County Sherriff Department. I currently am a Commissioner for Allegan County, and I work part-time at Pro Vision Transport as the Safety Director. Where did you grow up? I grew up in Holland. What is your spouse's name? Jan Kapenga How many children/grandchildren do you have? I will list oldest to youngest: Ben Kapenga, Aaron Kapenga, Daniel Kapenga and Rachael Kapenga. Ben is married to Sarah Kapenga, and they have two children: Emilyn and Isaiah. Aaron Kapenga is married to Elisebeth, and they have five children: Noah, Albrey, Jack, Mark and Grace.
