Participating Membership Class
Led by Pastor Paul, this class is a time of discovering the core values
and beliefs of Central and learning more about becoming committed
members of our church body. It is also a prerequesite for membership at
Central. It will be offered Wednesday, May 21 from 6:30—8 p.m. in C161.
Register by calling Joey at 395.3127 or online. Nursery will be avilable, but you need to pre-register.
Community Groups will not be meeting on Memorial Day weekend, May 25.
Grief Gathering
Grief comes and goes. Grief is not something we "get over." It is something with which we learn to live. Two gatherings will be offered: June 2 at 7 p.m. for teens ages 13-16, and June 16 at 7 p.m. for ages 17-22. This gathering will help teens recognize their grief and provide constructive ways for them to express their grief as they work through the loss of someone they loved. Women's Summer Bible Study
"Stepping Up" is a new Beth Moore Bible Study that explores the Psalms of Ascent, Psalms 120—134. You will gain a new appreciation for the life of faith as a journey to greater fellowship and worship of God. This six-week study will meet on Wednesdays, June 11—July 23 from 6:30—8:30 p.m. Cost is $18 for the workbook. To sign up, visit the Adults Kiosk in the Main Lobby on Sunday.
