ABOUT

The Residency Program at Central Wesleyan works to develop the next generation of the Church's leaders for fruitful, healthy, Spirit-led ministry. Residents working with our ministry teams will look forward to exercising their gifts, ministry experience and exploration, ministry coaching, and personal development. Residents will have opportunities to develop as pastor/leaders, team players, and ultimately, disciples within a solid (and fun!) community setting.

The Residency Program is a two year, full time leadership training program.

Qualifications include:
• Graduation from College
• Clear calling into vocational ministry
• Some ministry experience, competence and leadership potential
• Successful completion of application process
• Chemistry with Central's philosophy and staff culture
